About Bay Stone
Bay Stone Depot is a San Jose showroom for luxury natural stone, porcelain, and designer surfaces. Every slab here tells a story of origin, craft, and lasting beauty.
Sam Sagarchi founded Baystone in 2004 as a 16,000-square-foot showroom focused entirely on natural stone slabs. Since then we have grown into one of the largest showrooms in Northern California, with a facility spanning more than 50,000 square feet.
That space holds hundreds of slab colors across quartz, porcelain, and natural stone, plus over 2,000 ceramic, porcelain, and tile options sourced from Italy, Spain, the United States, and beyond. Whether you are a homeowner choosing a single countertop or a builder working on a large multi-unit project, we have the material and the know-how to bring your vision to life.
